The Local Press

I have ordered takeout from the local press on several occasions and the food was always outstanding. This place is a little gem in ozone park. Last night I had the shrimp basket with cheese fries. The shrimp were large and extremely fresh and they were fried to perfection. The batter was tasty and crunchy. The french fries were some of the best that I've ever had. Also had the homemade lemonade which came in sippy style packets which I thought was original. The coleslaw that

awful customer takeout service- nobody answered the phone and then upon placing an online order the food took 15 minutes longer than i was told it would. this wasnt during a rush, this was at 11am when they claim to be opening. good food but do not try to pick it up unless you have all day to wait. never has a food service restaurant not answered 13 calls consecutively before

Absolutely stellar food. Our kids loved the chicken tenders and fries. I had the best quesadillas of my life. The chicken wings were out of this world; our 5-year old stole the last two off my husband?s plate. Only in NY a few days but we may come back. Already told local friends they have to come here.

The food was great but...no fries or sides? $15 a burger should have some fries on the side. Ordered delivery- Fish tacos were amazing as well as the chicken and waffles and mac n cheese. Just wish the burger wasn't so lonely.

Great food and ambiance. Burger cooked perfectly and the truffle parmmisan fries were amazing. Great service and good prices
