The Longham White Horse

The Whitehorse is one of a kind. We actually found it by accident and I don't mind these kind of accidents. We booked in one night but ended up staying 3 nights. Barry the landlord is a gentleman, couldn't do enough for you. Know it's not 5 but if you can get past that in your head it's better than any 5. It's homely, comfortable and reasonably priced. All staff couldn't do enough for you and the food was good to. Don't know if or when we'll be back, but all I can say is, Barry don't change anything, it's perfect the way it is. Regards your Irish visitors

Stayed for a couple of nights at this cozy traditional pub . Barry the landlord was friendly and welcoming and cooked a mean fish and chips, and a selection of tasty pies! Room was clean and comfortable had my best night's sleep in ages. Excellent breakfast and good coffee to boot. I'll be back!

We stayed for two nights to visit family. Barry was very welcoming and had lots of stories to entertain us. The room was lovely. Clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. The full English breakfast was delicious. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night at this lovely country pub. Landlord very hospitable. Lovely room. Ate in pub at night great pie and chips. Full english brek really lovely. Would def stay again

Had two rooms for one night stay whilst in the area. Two of us stopped in the family room, Overall great room and service. Barry was excellent, food was good and so was the beer.
