The Old Smithy - Tisch reservieren

Been going to this pub for food with family for years, last couple of visits service and food was bland and service very slow, last visit today the food was cold, sent back and was still cold, gave up, server didn’t seem that bothered to...be fair, poured the sauce on to warm the steak, complete waste of £40, won’t be going back, maybe get some staff that can cook and serve to the required standard, owners should act before they lose more long standing loyal customers

We booked a table for 10 as a double celebration. When I arrive they said oh I haven't sorted it out so you'll have to take pot luck where to sit, not a great start, they messed up on orders meaning 4 members of the...group waited over 2 hours where we had all finished our meal, no apology, no money could be deducted as had to pay before it arrived. Never again will I ever advise anyone to go there

in the morning shortly after the opening hours to the lunch drink. eat on the floor and sit where we sat. the place was not cleaned or honed on this day. outside the terrace grubby with throw and soaked suns lying around. space needs a good clean inside and...out

Fantastic service and food beautiful and well worth it's money. Will definitely come back for next visit.
