Easy experience at N. Ballas site. We were here today at 11:00. The host was terrible and not helpful at all. It went down from there. The lunch special was chicken parmessan. The part was very small. A small piece, but a lot of pasta to fill the dish. When I called the manager, he wasn't interested and not helpful. Make sure that the chicken has to be a certain size and not larger. I was in the other places and the parts were great. I tried to call the office, but no one answers the phone. Very bad experience and will now go to other restaurants. Of course, you do not want or know how to take care of customers. Never get back to one of their restaurants. The host was on the phone all the time. We asked him if he could get a scissors for us and he said he couldn't find one. Our server was great and he had no problems finding one.

went a few weeks ago, but never came to a review. the owner chased and screamed several of his employees before customers. completely inappropriate and inappropriate. the atmosphere is dead, parking is not the best, and restaurant is dirty. but our server was great and eating was good. we started to go to lindbergh, it's 10x better in every sight. I think a new owner would do this location wonder.

The waitress was very nice. Checked with the chefs over a menu item for me. It was certain it had no garlic in it. She checked on our table to make sure we had drinks and bread. The food was delicious.

The pasta house was amazing tonight. Charlene was a waitress and she was very good and attentive.
