sad to say, but after we come here for years and really love the new peculiarity, our family will not return. absurd lunatic behavior from a manager in front of location who followed us in the restaurant threatened us because she had a bad day. I've just mailed my mind to the gm just to never hear again. this kind of gastservice or lack of explaining why this laura person knew well and can get away well with her irritated behavior. even those who hired this day spoke sick of her and the administration. they apologized for the incident.

mitch, do you remember the big business group you had on Wednesday? their insulting commentary about sitting in reserve seat for $200, (we spent over $8000), and not one of the “maintained” areas was in. this cost her waiting staff hundreds of dollars in additional congratulate. if they want to adjust their placement or care.

Too many teens working here.. The use of plastic and take away containers at the pool bar is not sustainable by any means. It’s lazy bad for the environment. Be sure to make reservations at the restaurant or they will give you a hard time, even as a hotel guest.

highly recommended. the prospects are unbeatable. it is very relaxing and from the hectic of laguna beach strip. the restaurant harvest was delicious due to the agricultural kitchen and the staff was friendly. we are coming back in a definitiw.

Incredible resort at the south end of Laguna Beach. Incredible property with top notch service. Broad selection of food options on the property. Short walk to an incredible string of beaches. Highly recommend The Ranch.
