Went to their May beer festival, top marks for that, great beers and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient service too, especially given the large crowds on Friday and Saturday nights. Loses one star for the noisy brats in the afternoon, whose parents largely seemed unable or unwilling to control them. Hope there's another beer festival, minus brats, definitely be back for that.
Great service on Mother’s Day, with a lovely welcoming drink they handed to my mum as we were seated. Two waitresses looked after us and both were very polite. My mum was very pleased about the service and we all enjoyed our meal. Thank you to the team. Another Big Smoke pub ticked off the list, I’m sure we’ll be back to this one soon too.
Great to see a new lease of life brought to this pub! Went in on opening night, loads of great beers and staff seemed really nice and friendly. Not tried the food yet but looked and smelled pretty good!
