The Rookery Cafe

This is essentially an old school transport cafe. Food and service are excellent. Don't be put off by the car park or outside appearances, the food is good, prices reasonable and the staff are good. Service is fast, though don't expect smashed avocado on toast. YOU will get a great cooked breakfast,along with teas and coffees. There is a lunch menu too which looked reasonably priced and varied.

Go there most lunch times getting the falafel wrap, which is great they do a vegan option! Staff are lovely and friendly and never disappointed by their tasty goods.

Today i visited the Rookery cafe and had a veggie breakfast which was absolutely delicious, well presented, hot and delivered quick. I will be back frequently. Rich

Wonderful choice of freshly cooked food. Had one of the breakfast selections. Great value. Decent ingredients, cooked well.

Proper cafe! Good food (English breakfast), fast service and proper cafe decor. Big car park as well. Overall recommended
