Where do I start? I find it very difficult when you have paid quite a considerable amount of money to have a nice steak and prawns (surf and turf, meal). To have to have it taken away due to the fact that the prawns were absolutely like rubber. My partners were like rubber too, but he left it on the plate and continued eating his steak as he is a diabetic and he hasn't eaten. I sent mine back as it really was inedible, I then ordered a filo pastry with cheese and spinach, the pastry with sideburns, and that was an edible it came with a plate of vegetables of which one of the vegetables I have a very severe allergic reaction to. I did state this at the table. I then had to go up to the reception where the young lady came and asked if I wanted it taken away, including the onion rings that we have purchased they were snatched away. No one came to the table and asked us was your mail okay or anything to Vanessa like and yet they could tell that the menu was not to our taste on this occasion. We then went to pay when we confronted by the waiter who had served us, who was a very nice young man, however we were then confronted by the person he'd been hovering around us but didn't speak to us. I was told that I could've sent the plate back and I shouldn't of made a fuss and that was only two prawns and they could've been sorted in two minutes. Well that might be alright for some but that's not okay for me. I'm not a food snob, but I do expect good service and I do expect that if a plate of food doesn't look right that it shouldn't be excepted then had and went into an argy-bargy about. He was right and he was wrong and I felt totally in utterly so I was wasting my time so in the end, I said to him let's agree to disagree. I told him that my partner has not had fat cook chips. As promised they were skinny chips. As stated on the menu. He took no notice. He still charged us for the meal even though my partner had no chips and left both prawns as they were absolutely overcooked. His attitude is absolutely dreadful. He went into a half started to storm off at towards the garden and we followed and then abruptly turned around and walked past us, the other way. What good customer service he has NOT. Anyway, if you want a good meal , I suggest you don't go there for the time being until they've got things sorted as the place needed a good clean, carpets were filthy and chairs n
