Went for a light lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon. Place was lively with all outside seating taken. Order taken at bar and food served briskly even though there were many people dining. We both had bacon and brie baguettes and they were very tasty and well presented. Would like to see some more local ales on offer but that is am observation not a criticism. A local pub for me and I will return regularly. This place does things right.
Best selection of cider and beer, far better than than any other pub great visit for someone who loves a pint of something. Something for everyone Lager, Ale, Cider, Stout and more. Food is basic but perfectly good. Staff are friendly. Large garden with plenty of seating in summer, cosy pub in winter. Great local pub, love it. Recommended
Wow!! what a brilliant place..went here on Mother's Day and although they were so busy, staff were all so efficient and super cheerful.. delicious food too and easy parking!! A special well done to their manager, Thyra who was brilliant!!
Went for Christmas menu, Really busy and had pre ordered. Staff were lovely and food was good, lots of it. Recommend this pub to everyone. Extensive well presented menu.
