Another really exceptional evening at The Three Oaks with great food and service. It was busy (week before Christmas but the team went to great trouble to ensure everything was just right and the service was speedy, attentive and extremely friendly. It was great to have the Christmas menu as well which made for a festive treat. It was my birthday too and the birthday plate was a really lovely touch. Food terrific, wine selection great and something for everyone. The highlight was the Vadouvan spiced parsnip soup, which was absolutely phenomenal (and I really do mean, unbelievably good! . There are some great places to dine out in the lovely area of Gerrards Cross, but I am confident in saying that the Three Oaks takes the crown for the best. Thanks so much to Henry and his team for the continued hard work, and ensuring that they provide such great service. Looking forward to the next.
Had a lovely evening until it came to the bill …we were given the bill with 8 tiny petit fours (party of 8) My husband asked for some more petit fours (we’d spent a considerable amount of money …in excess of £650) only to be told NO ..we pointed out to the staff how much money we had spent and it wasn’t a ‘big ask’ only to be told we were being aggressive!! I spoke to the manager, who apologised lamely ..such a shame as would have returned but not now, customer service appalling
Had the most delicious lunch today at The Three Oaks. Could not fault the food, wine, service or ambience on this wet Autumn Saturday. Thank you so much to Sophie for looking after us so well. Loved it so much we immediately we made two more bookings.
Wonderful delightful Sunday roast venue near the Catholic Church in Gerard’s cross. Excellent roast. Staff friendly and helpful. They even called a taxi for us.A smart comfortable place.
