1st time visiting, as we're moving into the area. Have to say the food was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately they had an issue with the cellar due to the weather but can't fault them for an act of God! In our book it just gives us another reason to visit again (which we were going to do anyway after the delight that was dinner) to try some of the local draft ales. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great service, nice atmosphere, had the lunch menu which was great value for money, strongly recommended the fish and chips, Barry my dog had the complimentary chicken and veg in gravey off the dog menu. Nice and cosy atmosphere, staff was great. Sad to say that the food left us wishing for more. I had the noodles which were quite bland, and was not impressed with the ingredients quality or taste.
