excellent, asked for a quiet room and never heard a sound all night. eating was brilliant and well appreciated, and drinks were cheap for a hotel. the personal could not do enough for us, was very polite and attentive. ideal for visiting stratford, worcester and environment. will return in the future.
great. great friendly staff. room warm and comfortable. we really enjoyed breakfast and dinner: delicious well cooked food.
