I guess it's a great place to buy food when you live nearby and don't want to go whole. It's very small, I mean very small. Has a hippie vibe I liked very much, but was not impressed enough. Nothing catches my eye that I could not buy elsewhere, and the production was very ashamed. Parking was also a bit scanned.

I want to check here, but yes, everyone should be here. Salad bar was great. Hot bar was great. And I can't remember who told me to buy this coconut with vanilla-cookie things, but yes, they hardly took a day. Absolutely must shop here, whether a resident or a visitor.

They have the most amazing breakfast bar, with luscious scrambled eggs and fresh bacon and sausage. Plus their weekend farmers market is the best in town! And don't forget their coffee and smoothie bar for all of your made to order favorites.

Friendly staff and I have never seen such a variety of vegan/gluten free foods! Especially ready to eat! They have a lot of locally produced honey, etc. from nearby farmers: You need to check if you are in Wilmington!

The best local treats, a great salad bar hot and cold. My favorite go-to is the smoothies or juices!!! Friendly atmosphere too!
