If I could give NO star I would, this was ridiculous, we waited in line for 15 minutes and I decided to leave, that is not okay. If I had known, this was considered a slow food restaurant, I would have gone elsewhere! This is Tim Hortons, we're not waiting for three extra large Pizzas! ... it's called fast food for a reason. The staff were moving incredibly slow, there was 5 members, having to wait 15 minutes for one beverage is despicable. Maybe they should consider drinking some of the coffee. I have personally worked at Tim Horton's myself as a general manager and this is a joke for a city run location. I also saw a few members in the back room just standing there laughing.I hope this review makes a difference on performance because we are regulars in the area and would like to see some improvements.
If I could I would give it zero stars, it’s ridiculous that I was in line for 20 minutes yet the lines doesn’t even move. What’s ridiculous is that they don’t even have a proper line, where others just go in front of you. I wasted my time even visiting this location, all they do is prioritize the mobile orders, they don’t even care about the people lining up. The line moves every 5 minutes, and it’s pretty ridiculous for a fast food restaurant to be this slow.
I've been coming for the past 10+ years now to this Tim's, I've tried other locations and this place knows the perfect amount of sweetness on the classic drinks, (ice caps, DD and cold brews) their specialty drinks are solid my recommendations are the toffee and hazelnut cold brew the sandwiches are quite good BLT and breakfast wraps can't go wrong with those.
Good old Canadian staple when all else fails a honey cooler a honey bun and a sandwich away from Bliss Tim Hortons has fresh donuts and Fresh Sandwiches made for you at any time right in front of your face I must commend them for that but like I said a honey cooler and a honey bun cinnamon bun and Life's good don't forget the white hot chocolate it's over
