Food is typical Tom Hortons quality. OK...Place is a total disgusting mess (Decarie Du Jockey site) Roof and ceiling leak evident since last winter. Sections closed off since then. Chairs and benches all ripped and in desperate need of repairs. Place needs major overhaul.
Really rude employees and management, they wouldn’t let an elderly women go to the bathroom at 4PM because the doors were locked out of spite. The maple donut was so stale, I wouldn’t feed it to the birds. Very mean people running this restaurant.
there is a lot of staff but zero customer services 25 min for two bagels with just butter we all have work to do they are 13 people in there worst experience ever?
