Timothy Adams chocolates is a boutique chocolate store located right next to Ramen Nagi in Palo Alto. I stopped by this place while I was waiting in line for the ramen. The store will grab your attention right away because of its bold use of bright colors. From the moment you step inside, the rich aroma of cocoa envelops you, setting the stage for an exquisite experience.They have a wide range of chocolate selection, boasting a variety of handcrafted treats that cater to every palate. Whether you prefer dark, milk, liquor filled, or white chocolate, this store has something to satisfy your cravings.The quality of their chocolate was evident in every bite, with a smooth and velvety texture that melted in your mouth, but some of the chocolate buttons were lacking in flavor, especially the liquor filled ones.Each chocolate button comes with a unique colorful pattern on top which almost looks like a wrapper or a piece of paper that you'd think you need to take off before eating the chocolate but that's not the case. Everything on the chocolate button is edible. Those unique designs correspond to different flavors of chocolate buttons.You can either buy chocolate buttons by the piece or you can buy sets of various sizes/ counts. Regardless, you'll get a small booklet which shows all the different flavors and what they look like so you don't have to worry about remembering anything. Their gift boxes were also very cute. I bought a chocolate gift set for my friend's wedding anniversary. The packaging was top-notch.The staff at Timothy Adams Chocolate are knowledgeable and passionate about their products. They are more than happy to assist you in selecting the perfect chocolate for your occasion or to help you explore new flavors.

This place is fantastic! I typically place more value on taste over presentation on anything food related. However, the chocolates here delight my senses in both categories. They're so beautiful I spend more time examining them then I do eating them. I particularly love the colors and decor of the shop. It really makes me feel like I'm doing something special when I go here. I've read several reviews on here that talk about how good the product is but then go on comment about the prices being high. People have no concept of value. The ingredients that go into the finished product are expensive to begin with. I'm sure the rent and labor cost at this location are sky high. I don't make a lot of money and I'm pretty frugal by nature but I shop here with confidence. I feel like it's a particularly good value when I buy something as a gift for someone. To never have to wonder if the person is going to like the gift you bought them is priceless.

Stylish and tasty chocolate buttons by Timothy Adam 's. Dropped in after Ramen lunch, love the fun colorful store atmosphere and Mr. Adam 's drew me in too by greeting us in a friendly , eclectic way haha. We tried cinnamon, coffee cream, and mint. All were good and the flavors showed through well but not overpowering the nice chocolate taste too.My bf raved about the mint flavor, think I may need to buy him more.If you happen to see this post around Halloween they offer fancy caramel apples too!

Simply DELICIOUS ? The sipping chocolate (hot chocolate) was absolutely divine smooth and rich and full flavored. I loved that you can choose the intensity of your sipping chocolate experience and that they offer almond milk as well. This is definitely a splurge, but I will definitely be back and ready to try their chocolate buttons.
