Tin Marín Tapas

First time there the hosted sit us on a table for two. A few minutes got by no one comes to attend us. The place is loud with music and everyone around is shouting due to the music being loud. Which that’s fine with me because I love the crowd and people just enjoying themselves that’s very cool. 15minutes passed and still no one has even come to offer us water so I got up to go to the bartender that’s when a bus boy said how can I help you? I was like we been sitting there for the past 15 minutes and no one has come to assist us not even with water. He said ok I got you, at that point I’m already annoyed so I told my boyfriends let’s get out of here the service is horrible. Not even water was offered to us. While we walking out here comes the bus boy with two cups and I said to him no thank you we are leaving. He had the nerves to reply oh you only been here for 5min the audacity of him. We was hungry all we wanted was service and eat, the worst service for a first time customer. Do not recommend at all!!!!

Tin Marin is like Dominican Spanish tapas fusion, which I am not mad about at all (yummy! . Of course, if you 're a purist and are expecting traditional Spanish or Dominican food, don 't; that 's the point.Anyway, the food is pretty tasty, the croquetas de pescado were fabulous (and I don 't eat fish , and I am sure everything else is good but my problem is that I did not receive my dish. We waited and waited, and when we asked about the missing items the person helping us told us everything comes out gradually, be patient but we 've been waiting 45 mins to 1HR by that point, and all the food had come out. When they came to ask if all was good and we mentioned my food never came out, they said another table got my dish....we decided to ask for the check and I ordered take out from some other place.I wanted to like this place, but I am not sure I am ready to go back for one more chance just yet.

Fabulous meal! Albondigas are my husbands favourite and he thought these were some of the best ever. Paellas were as good as one from Valencia in fact best Spanish food outside of Spain. Will definitely return here again especially as the staff were also so helpful. Wine was also excellent!

Tin Marin is an amazing spot with great food and even better drinks. Always a great vibe. Their staff is amazing and welcoming.

Food was delicious! The churros ?We have lunch there celebrating a birthday! At this time was very kids friendly ambience!
