Togo's Sandwiches

TLDR: the owner didn’t honor a coupon that was clearly valid.I came in with a free sandwich coupon that was admittedly a few years old (it floated around the bottom of the “random drawer” . This location was listed and there was no expiration date or any other limitations. I ordered my sandwich and presented the coupon, to which the employee said he needed to call the owner to see if they’d accept it. This led to a 10 minute delay where the employee then asked for a photo of the coupon to send to the owner. The end result was the owner denying the coupon because it was “too old”. I understand it may have been old, but ultimately the best business practice would to be honor it and earn a return customer. I love Togo’s food, but the owner of this location is not looking for return business. Disappointing.

Brandon and Manuel were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My order was made quickly and was delicious. Stores a bit old and rundown but food was Nom nom nom
