I put an order at togos and went to the outside window where they scream when they come in to get their order when they order by external means. the coworker said they have to come inside because they can't reach the card machine from outside, this was explained with a huge setting. I went in and when I paid, I told him that the job was not necessary and he laughed and said whatever and went on with the attitude. When I asked who owned the togos, I was told that it was roy, but he won't call or take care of them. I then asked about the manager and it turned out that the employee was right next to us who experienced the whole event and said I am not part of this conversation, so it is in order, he gives them a attitude. I asked that this is in order with togos and she said yes. Evil customer service and I will not go back here after I've been exploring for years. Do not go here if they want a good service experience. terrible place with terrible personal.
since 2013 and at the time the prices were really good because it had a combination, complete with the sandwich, soda and chips. and the suppe of the day was delicious and cheap. in running the years they have the price too high on the combo, but they did with the chips and if they want chips, its 1.90 more. and now the suppe is quite pricy. at me they have imposed the price, but don't leave any items from the combination order.
Just what I needed! I didn't know I had a location close by but happy to have seen this while driving around! I love togos in comparison to other sandwich franchises. The bread it always so spongy! The man making my sandwich was very nice and made the perfect sandwich for me just now. Couldn't be more content!
I love the food. The Asian salad is my favorite the Broccoli cheese soup is great. The staff Hector, Erica and Raul are friendly and awesome. If you are in lake Forest come by and have a variety of Sandwiches, soups, salads and wraps.
