Too Fast - Tisch reservieren

I have ordered several times in a restaurant without problems until today, bad experience, I will no longer order them, it is erroneous meat in a sandwich, I call to report it and to be able to make an exchange, the gentleman I have on the phone has difficulty understanding my request or pretending not to understand my problem, I repeat it more often and yet he insists that he is not mistaken. Seeing that the gentleman stays on his position, I still insist and I tell him that I bring him back directly if he doesn't believe me, and as if by magic everything becomes clear to him, the gentleman tells me ok, you report it, unfortunately I pay dear delivery service for precisely not having to move, this is the principle of home delivery. I'm not gonna exchange my order, and I'm not gonna order in a restaurant anymore, you lose a customer.
