Topgolf - Tisch reservieren

Upon arrival in our bay, one of the staff asked very rudely that our family separated because there were too many in the Bay Area We had a baby that was in a carrier in which they said our bay made over the capacity.) I checked the company's police and could not find any such information that confirmed this rule they tried to instill. I asked for Manager Matt) to show him that there were no top golf policies that agree or explain with our treatment. Not only was the manager Matt) not able to give a legitimate justification for why he did not let my family be in the same area, but he also confirmed the disregard and abuse we received from the staff. There were other families that allowed them to be together that did not adhere to their policies.) After I showed him this, he realized that they did not adhere to the policy that was formed, but he left them together. Our waiter was also extremely rude and refused to give me food for no reason. The waiter was reminded several times that I was not served and he reacted with a terrible attitude every time. After giving the bills, my mother patiently and calmly reminded him for the last time that I had not been served, that was here for 2 hours.) The male staff then confronted my mother, came straight into her face, pointed his hands on her forehead and cried out for her. Both of my parents are honorable servants and did not serve the disregard and hatred that this place is displayed. Another manager tried to solve the problem by serving my food personally. When I came home and opened the box, I was horrified and very disappointed about what I saw. They served me old/cold pommes that seemed stripped of the remains of other people. There was hair and what I believe to be mixed with the food. In addition, they dosed it in salt. It became clear to me at this moment that they never intended to fix the problem, and that they deliberately visited to hurt me with what I served. I got a picture of what I got vs. what I wanted to get. I would like to point out that today we were one of the only black families. I am not sure if this was reason behind our treatment, but I have never received such terrible and terrible service in my life. Overall, I found that the staff is very rude and inappropriate as they treated my family. I won't recommend this place.

again, another great top golf. the only part was waiting, but this is obviously not the debt of the establishment. friendly staff (although the staff who worked at the desk when we arrived, seemed to be very frustrated due to the business) and although I had to ask some, our waiter was very helpful and made the experience so much better. Going at night was also a great experience.

Very nice experience A little pricey but worth it.Food was decent drinks were great flavorful. Margaritas. Did not care for the steak tacos. Chicken was good burger was great. Waitress was awesome and so was the manager . Answered all questions very helpful. I would recommend to everyone. I had alot of fun with the golfing.

Good times! Help can be a little slow, but this is primarily on big parties. There was no control over the children running in front of our bay or playing football and walking on the way. The staff was pleasant and the drinks were well poured. I always go back, even with the madness!

beautiful business, stunning from the front to see golf balls are easy to do without, games are easy to navigate, all different types of clubs left or right, shiny clean, powder rooms were neat, food presentation and taste excellent fresh.
