always present on Saturdays, you spend pleasant hours in good company and with spectacular food, from the sandwich to the tartare that never tires, to the different sandwiches every week of meat or fish, to the vegetarian box and the sublime desserts. trevor and always eva smiling and kind even when there is a long line of customers. I can't wait for it to be Saturday again.
Neben der besonderen Sorgfalt bei der Zubereitung (und das spürt man!!) fielen mir auch das frische und elegante Erscheinungsbild und die Liebe zum Detail auf, vom Verpackungspapier der Sandwiches bis zur Papiertüte zum Mitnehmen. Ich meine, man sieht, dass viel Arbeit dahinter steckt, also sollten sie als Vorbild dienen.
