The least we can say is that the chef is passionate about his kitchen and the tea world, that he loves and doesn't count his time. the restaurant is quite small (maybe covered) and specially dedicated to the sale to remove a priori, but very clean. We have dinner on site for our part, and we have been seduced by a very small card but composed of good quality and taste dishes. on the personal side, it is no longer easy and can be summarized (at choice) to 1 person, very flexible. So we attended a man's show throughout the evening, from the kitchen to the service, to the reflections culino-historico-philosophiques (interesting.) to eat on the spot, you must have time: in good company, we arrived at 20:30 and we left after midnight (when the poster indicates a closure at 22:30) small apartments on the fact that they were not served well.
