I decided to give this restaurant a second chance. When I first moved to the area my wife and I stopped in to eat breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak. I love chicken fried steak. I couldn't even finish it. Years later my sister came in to town after I had just gotten out of the hospital and we set out to get something to eat. We decided to go to this restaurant. I didn't tell her about my last experience. I ordered the chicken fried steak again and my sister ordered the biscuits and gravy. My sister asked for some salt and pepper as the waitress was walking by. The waitress returned and as she walked passed threw the salt and pepper packets right on my sisters plate of food. I couldn't eat the chicken fried steak again as well. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
now, trappers was once one of our favorite spots years ago, stopped going there because a few of the waiters were just flat rude and did not care about the service. about a year ago left and one of the same waitresses with the terrible setting was our server, it was a miserable meal. fast to today, we thought we would try again because others recommended that the waiting staff was new. the personal was all new to us, especially young children, but the service was much better. Now eating is something to wish. one of us had a chili size good, it was wolf brand chili with a prefabricated frozen patty no thanks! the other of us actually has a good burger with a crushed bungalow and hardly warm French fries. will be a few more years before we get back. we tried.
I stood for one because at the door and tried to get attention to be able to sit. it never happened, so I sat myself. No one came to take my order. I finally ask someone how to get a food order. they took it. I ordered hot beef sandwich that came cold with cold gravure. my server was very busy talking to the chef. don't waste your money here.
a casual old time restaurant with homemade foods like anoma earlier to make! you could die. I ordered the fryed bark dinner with carrots and gravy, an salad, green bean and a roll. I couldn't even eat 1/3 of them, but take the rest home. the brat was probably a whole pfund and roasted on delicate perfection!
