We came for dinner with some out of town friends. The restaurant was very quiet, it was a Sunday, and it was almost 120 degrees that day. All our meals were outstanding. We had the Sunday Special Herb encrusted Prime Rib, the Braised Short Ribs, the Garlic Shrimp and the Wild Mushroom Pasta. All were beautifully presented and very delicious! We also ordered a side of the Spiced Carrots, which were amazing. Dominick was our server, he was very efficient and friendly, and he had a great sense of humor. I thank him and the chef and the whole kitchen staff for keeping me safe from cross contamination with my severe shellfish allergy. We can confidently recommend Trio for a great meal, and it has a very nice vibe to guarantee a great time. We will definitely be back soon with more friends!
Come to this new iteration of Trio for AMAZING FOOD! Foodie food. Fresh, tasteful ingredients composed and presented beautifully. Try the butter lettuce salad with their light Lemon Vinaigrette dressing. Pastas are fresh are better than at most Italian restaurants. Their Sunday Prime Rib special, includes whipped potatoes and broccolini was VERY SPECIAL, very high quality for only $39. If you aren't counting carbs, order the cheddar biscuits too. Yumm. Try Trio for the food, you'll be back with more friends! And they have their own parking lot!
This used to be a good restaurant! They had delicious pizza and baby back ribs a few years ago. These items are now gone from the menu. We ordered a Caesar salad that was inedible! It tasted very strange! Not like a Caesar salad. The burger we ordered was dry and well done. We ordered it medium rare. It was a very disappointing evening!
The new chef at Trio makes a big difference. The menu looks fairly standard, but there is more creativity, and interesting flavor combinations. I enjoy sitting at the bar, too, especially when Jose is working. They have a bigger selection of liquors than the ordinary bar. I like it!
