Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered curbside pickup but had to get out of my car to retrieve my order. When I checked the order in the car, I found that the portion was small and not worth the $11. I was very unsatisfied. When I went inside to ask for a refund, the worker spoke to me rudely and informed me that they do not offer refunds. She also refused to provide a corporate number. She told me that in order to get the portion I paid for, I would have to pay extra. However, since I did not receive what I paid for initially, I did not see why I should pay extra. I regularly order the açaí bowl, and the one given to me did not match what I usually received. The worker even counted the blueberries, claiming that I only received 5 in the bowl.

This restaurant offers a wide selection of healthy choices that are all natural. It's about time that everyone starts getting their meals from here instead of the other popular places that we can't rely on.
