so disappointed. I ordered my smoothie on the app so that he finished at 18:15 o'clock when I got the smoothies that they were watery like juice, as if they were sitting on the counter more than an hour. we also ordered queensadilla and we got the santa fe with just beeping and guessing what it was just on him. very annoying. that was also cold. don't call them here. please get it together 06/27

they really need new management. I've never been to this place before without it being overwhelmed. at least one dozen people always wait. eating almost never comes with the drinks. the personal is nice, but can't stop. they need a new system or something because it needs to wait really long each time. other tropical smoothie sites do not seem to suffer from this problem.

had made an order over the phone a smoothie, they said 15 minutes picking up is half an hour, wait, I asked why was so long and the rude worker girl said what they want me to do. so unprofessional and guetto. who's talking to a costume. how about excuse me and talk nicer! the manager definitely managed to check the staff here.

They have a large variety of smoothies, many of which are vegan or easily vegan with substitutes. There is also an option to substitute chicken for a plant based alternative in several dishes.
