True Cuisine Catering

True Cuisine was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding last weekend! They came very highly recommended from our venue and they DID NOT disappoint!!! Meghann was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Food choices, linens, and tableware. She was so attentive to every detail and HONEST with us about all of her advice and ideas and input. Which we loved, she is the professional and we loved having her input. She truly helped make our vision come to life perfectly and we are so thankful for her. On the actual day, the staff was INCREDIBLE. The servers, the porters, the chefs, everyone was amazing!!!!! They were professional, attentive, kind and FUN! The appetizer plate brought to the head table was an absolute lifesaver and we loved it. From start to finish, I can not recommend True enough. And the food?! I am still thinking about the crab cakes, and we got SOOOO many compliments!!!! Everything was perfect, thank you all so much!

Let me start off by saying that we had the most AMAZING wedding weekend, and the True Cuisine/SBR team was our absolute favorite of the evening. It was so evident that the team practices the highest standard of service, kindness, culinary ability, etc. I could go on and on, it was truly the most wonderful experience working with all of them. We felt so loved and cared for as clients, from start to finish. Whether it be conversations via e mail, or face to face interactions at our reception they should all be VERY proud of themselves for the people that they are, and the work that they produce. We cannot thank them enough for helping make our reception exactly what we'd hope for it to be and so much more. Wishing them the utmost success in all of their future endeavors. Hope that we can connect again soon!

We used True Cuisine for our wedding and food quality and selection was very important to us! We had family style with plated salads and a huge dessert bar. We received so many compliments on the food. The family style format made our guests feel like they were sitting at a cozy table sharing food and celebrating our big day together. Sarah was essential in preparing our menu and the Event Director, Sue, was attentive the day of. She was always checking in to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend True Cuisine!

I am a wedding photographer who photographed a wedding you guys catered. Unbelievable. The best food I had all year at weddings! Your True Bistro Salad was absolutely the best and so was the Merlot Braised Brisket. So good!! The employees servicing the wedding were kind and hard workers. If you are a bride or groom searching around for your caterer you can stop your search now. This company is the real deal!

True Cuisine was fantastic to work with! They are flexible, communicative, quick, and present great quality food! They also have beautiful silverware, plates, napkins, and linens to choose from! We highly recommend this company for your wedding!
