Truffles - Tisch reservieren

It had been a while, before the pandemic, Since I was last at Truffles. It was just as exceptional as I recalled. The small bar area was pretty lively even at PM. Really outstanding chef here, and he’s always trying new things. The Kumamoto oysters were fabulous. I tried the skate, why not when am I ever going to have that? Might not do it again but it was very enjoyable. Everything on the plate was great. I don’t know how they prepare the brussels sprouts but they were amazing. The Indiana duck breast, maybe slightly overcooked, but delicious. You can count on Mark always having an amazing wine selection and great recommendations. Had the HGIII proprietary blend, Napa red, And highly recommend it. The pistachio cheesecake is to die for.

Another first-class, top-shelf NYE experience at Truffles. Server was attentive and pleasant. Food was on point, and to say we’re picky is being generous. Mask compliance by staff was Truffles is for adults who want excellent food and drinks in a high end but relaxed atmosphere. Great for date night, special occasions, and business meals. Also good if a group of friends want to celebrate something special. We will go again.

Serves very pleasant but took a long time to bring every course. Second glasses of wine took extremely long, even considering the busy time. They seemed to have forgotten drinks and dessert until we reminded them, even though things were slower by then.

NYE dinner was great and selections were perfect. Service was also excellent even though they were very busy. Kudos to Truffles.

Excellent service. Our group had the duck, pork, NY strip and burger. Everything was outstanding.
