I’ve taken the time to write this because things have changed in this restaurant. Starting that the very famous peking duck. They show it to different tables and then bring a different one from the kitchen (before used to be cut in front of the clients). Very obvious is not the one you’re eating. I usually ordered the red rice prawns rolls, I ordered twice, they keep forgetting the sauce that comes along, I had to ask twice. The wine takes a lot of time to come. Food starter arrived before the wine. Is this normal in a one start Michelin restaurant? . We ordered a good Bordeaux but it was a shame to be so late, in the middle of the meal. I’m very disappointed. It has lost the shine of years ago. (I’ve been going for 7 years) on my last visit, one of the dishes was dirty. It will loose that Michelin start. Sad. I hope the management will make the best to defend it. By the way, it was at lunch time on a weekday. The service I personally would rate a 5/10. Maybe I was asking to much for the service I was used to ?

Wir haben uns für das Diamanten-Menü und einige Dimsummen-Elemente im Menü entschieden. Wenn wir jemals eine weitere Reise nach Genf machen, würde ich versuchen Le Tse Fung wieder und bestellen Sie die folgenden: Ente (1 Weg) so erhalten Sie mehr Fleisch für die Peking Ente, die 2 Weg Option links Sie mit minimalem Fleisch zu wickeln, und es war meistens nur die Ente Haut. Die Entenhaut war knusprig wie ein Kartoffelchip. Bestellen Sie die Wintonsuppe, einige Dim-Summe, die Unterschrift rote Reispackung, gebratener Reis und die beiden Desserts zu teilen.
We were recommended the jade menu, and it is a very good choice! The food was very good, from starters to desert! Some dishes exceptionally tasty! But considering the price, and standing, there few points which require improvement. The place itself needs a remake, its old and to dark, specially at lunch, hopefully we weren't to far from the windows... There was also clearly some dust cleaning needed (we could write our name on the biombo squares). The service and staff was very helpful! And in the end it was worth it! Especially if you have the extra cash!
Luxury mood is the best thing here, but you pay for it. Food is hit or miss. Dim Sum are pretty good 5. a piece), but the seabass deep fried and covered in spicy sauce) and crispy noodles basically raw ramen) were quite disappointing.
