Dear lord, there is no reason the blackened rib eye tacos should be this good. It's been a couple of hours and I'm considering eating there again for dinner. If you're going to get a side of fries, you should probably have someone to share them with. You get so many. It's attached to a bar so you can eat indoors if the weather isn't in your favor. The staff is really friendly and also let's you know about some of the things they only have on weekends. Would definitely return when I'm in the area. Edit: I went back again before heading home. I Gotta say do NOT get the oysters. They are bad. Some weird after taste that I didn't enjoy at all, and even then, there wasn't any seasoning so that you could taste something else. Stick with the ribeye tacos.
The best black fish tacos ever! Always! Somewhere! Throughout the year we lived in the Austin area, we tried the Snapper, cod, healbutt and sea bass all darkened and all were incredibly delicious! the same black fish on a salad are also so fantastic (pro tip for salad: order an additional side of their Zilantro Ranch Dressing it is so good!! Update, 2022: We are pleased to report that the black cod tacos and black cod salad were both (still extremely delicious!! This is a not to miss place in Austin to eat! Up there with Franklins.
Food: It is as good as it sounds ribeye taco are meaty, juicy, and a wonderful portion. The added sauce makes that taco nice crawfish nachos: good… but the nacho cheese was not most desirable def would get the craw fish in a taco next time! “kiss yo mama” PO Boy amazing! Spicy, but very good, meaty Drinks: Moscow mule good, drinkable, but that made me think if he skimped out on the vodka…
The food is so delicious and filling. Full plate for a reasonable price. The staff of so nice and hard working. The atmosphere is cool. There's seating in the outside front to eat. You can sit inside and get an alcoholic drink or there's a patio in the back with tv's as well.
