Uno Point - Tisch reservieren

The food came wrong and was delivered again, then the surprise. He wanted me to pay for the kebab again even though he wanted to take the wrong one back! An impudence!! You’ve probably never heard of “customer is king”! When I complained by phone to the branch I was just shouted at rudely and they hung up... So I was left with the incorrectly delivered kebab, which was now cold... That was probably the last time!

Ich bin ganz und gar nicht Zufrieden! 2x haben wir Bestellt und 2x ist das falsche gekommen! Einmal ging ich vorbei und wollte 2 Flaschen Rosèwein kaufen! Auf der Karte stand Fr.15. Flasche und er wollte Fr.44. von mir! Wir werden prinzipiell nicht mehr bei Uno Point bestellen!

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good.. Actually, it's a shame, since it's the only kebab shop.. but the cevapcici are 0.0 just nothing. Unfortunately I don't know what this should be... neither Köfte nor Cevapcici. Should be taken off the map

Great pizzas taken away and all the family were happy with the pizza. Fine, crispy, hot, thin pizza dough.

The staff are always nice and I like the food.
