Me? ve was too many Vietnamese places over the years and this jewel in a small strip of shopping center in the small town of Telford, PA was probably among the top 3 best Vietnamese restaurants I?ve was also. It was recommended by our neighbour and it was certainly not disappointed. The Apps Summer roll; very fresh vegetables and shrimps as well as very tastefully grilled pigs. Was tightly wound and the filling didn't fall out like many other restaurants. The peanut sauce was well balanced, love a good peanut sauce. The fried spring rolls were definitely house made and not bought frozen; good when it was, it had deceived me. The filling had a generous amount of pigs and the aromas were explosive. It was very crispy. All right. The dip cause was less fishy than others, but more vinegar that gave him a beautiful acidic stamp. The Noods I got the #1 pho, the classic beef soup with all fixations. This is always my way as a baseline. It was served piping hot, which, like any good Asian white, is quintessential to have a happy abdomen. The soup was full of taste without being hard. You can taste the hours and hours of shimmering from the bones and meat. Speaking of meat, all beef cuts were tender and fresh. The noodles were perfectly cooked, had a good texture from beginning to end. Even the side of the sprouts, basil and other accents were fresh. My husband is not a great soup man, he ordered the #11 dry seafood rice noodles with chicken soup on the side. The sauce for noodles was very clean and classic from a sweet soy and sesame oil taste. The seafood was cleaned and tasteful. The chicken broth was of good quality, a little sweet, but still very satisfying. Our neighbour also recommended the Banh mi and again, it was not disappointed. We ordered to share the grilled pork. The pig was super tasteful and juicy. Sometimes the meat can dry out in a banh mi and jerky like, but that was? The bread was crusty, but soft. The owner said they usually order about 50 rolls a day from bakery to keep the fresh. All right. That was my favorite man. The entire ambience was a little lacking, but if your food is so good, the simple decor is perfectly acceptable. Could use some pictures on the plain yellow walls, but this is just a suggestion, not a must. Many Asian customers at night, which is also a good sign. The staff was great. Super fast service like any good Asian restaurant. Overall an amazing find in a small town. Would highly recommend even if you make the drive for him.
