visiting Saint flour we wanted to taste a buger with the flavor of the Auvergnate. Recommended by the tourist office we tried the restaurant the cantalou unfortunately it was necessary to reserve, difficult when one is passing (may be the pushchair effect.) however, there were many free tables. So we flew on the pub viking that was displaying cantal and blue burgers. After 15 minutes of waiting we were placed close to another table the stroller of our baby stuck between 2 tables (no proposal of high chair.) the restaurant was crowded and noisy (it should be said that a petanque competition was taking place in the afternoon on the nearby square.) . we chose the burgers to the cantal. disappointment when seeing the plates arrived, small burger. we asked for the type of meat: dirty or aubrac. result a classic steak and above a smaller of better quality, taste cantal sauce without interest. frozen fries without flavor. the dessert very medium horn, whipped without taste and soft horn. the restaurant enjoys a panoramic view of the staff is pleasant but you should not expect a discovery of the specialties of the region.
