A crossover between a country cafe and a parisian boulangerie this quaint breakfast spot serves up a variety of baked goods and treats along with some delicious food offerings. Everything we saw and ate was homemade. My wife had Eggs Benedict with poached eggs just right, prosciutto, and hollandaise sauce. She liked it but said the sauce was a bit too lemony for her preference. I tried the Ouef Mollet and thought it was great! Two soft cooked eggs with Gruyere cheese, baby potatoes, peppers, onion, bacon topped with avocado and a dollop of sour cream. It was piping hot which was nice as everything was warm down to my last bite. I had never heard of a dish like this but I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back to get it again soon. My wife had a cappuccino which was topped with milk foam. She said it was very good. We also shared a berry scone...good, not great. Stop by the Fair Oaks village and give it a try
