Once again the chef geoffrey lagneau spoils his customers with an exceptional dish as part of his Christmas menu. its entrance gives the lace with a festive plate of foie gras, smoked magret home and marinated salmon. I recommend starting with the foie gras then the magret because the salmon has a lot of character.For the main dish, the nuts of St. James to the dieppe – perfect cooking are accompanied by a risotto with seafood and anthology chorizo. risotto is my cute sin and I no longer count the countless times where I succumbed to this choice. I must recognize that it is one of the best I was given to eat, nothing that he deserves to travel for his greediness and generosity. The dessert, also festive, is composed of a chocolate melt – almost too rich with a cream and an excellent vanilla ice cream. bravo geoffrey and thank you for this beautiful parenthesis.
