Vitality Bowls - Tisch reservieren

I should have checked the review for this Danville location before ordering. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years at other locations but for 4 yrs now I been going to Market place san ramon, since we moved closer, I never have a problem with the Market place location. I was in Danville taking a beautiful drive on this sunny afternoon (5/1/22) to clear my head and I thought this ride would not be complete without my vitality bowl, so I dropped in. Ordering was pleasant and then came the bummer. I received my green bowl medium, it did seem quite heavy but I did not check, went into the car and drove off, to my greatest amazement I was given a cereal bowl, my bowl was full of granola and my base was no were to be found. The base became the topping size and the topping size became the base. It is called topping for a reason, I poured out all the granola and the base was extremely ridiculously little, literally 6 teaspoons spoons and that was it. I feel cheated, pained and disappointed. I spent money on a granola bowl?????? Oh! I forgot to mention a whole chunk of strawberry in the middle like a prize. This is so ridiculous, I was trying to clear my head but it became scrambled with this cheat! Such audacity to sell a granola bowl to your customer for the price of a green bowl. I would not be patronizing anymore.

Genuinely confused. Hours say this location opens at 8, walked in after 9 and no screens were on for us to look at the menu, literally looking like we were walking into the morning opening setup. Waited at least a few minutes before we were greeted to then wait for the screens to be turned on and load up. Customer service not the best, but could be overlooked. Once we received our bowls, there weee ingredients added that we're not requested, disgustingly squishy strawberries, and what looked like a brown moldy banana piece. The base literally tasted like ice, no fruit/açaí flavor whatsoever. Tried to pick out bites of fruit and granola to at least enjoy a little of it, but after about 3 bites, it was tossed. Quite disappointed.

Over priced. Only one guy working in the store , taking way too long to make a few drinks and bowls. Seeing as this is the only fresh juicer in the area, I don't see how this is acceptable. Maybe I am the only one who thinks fresh juice shouldn't be sold prepackaged in plastic bottles. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Ordered the Green Glow Bowl at 11am and they didn't have grains ready so I said it was okay to add extra lettuce mix. The bowl was filling, but over dressed and soggy. There was also an underwhelming amount of chicken in it given the steep price.

Their avocado toast is the best ever!!! So is the peanut butter Açai bowl.
