We came here on a Tuesday night and met the owner Alice! She patiently explained the menu and also taught us some incredible knowledge about different types of fish! I personally like the white tuna sushi most, as the texture was extremely smooth. It was a great night in Wabi Sabi with fresh sushi, delicious flan (it is a must try!) and friendly staff.
We enjoyed this place. The food was very good, the service was friendly and attentive (without being intrusive), and the decor/ambience is nice. BUT, there should be another added to the already indicated. Two people, no drinks, no sushi, 77. Truffle fries, 15? Simple ramen 22? We will go again, but not often. These are special occasion prices.
attentive service and hidden jewel in Bloomfield NJ. Special menu with uni, A5Waygu, sweet lips, toro and poke are a must try. The main stacks of Sushi and Sashimi for 2 and special roles are all home runs. Definitely add this to you neighborhood going to spot.
Great place!!! Authentic Japanese cuisine with Michelin-Level presentation. And of course you can taste the freshness of all Sashimi Sushi. Our server was knowledgeable and recommended good choices from the special menu. It could be a little expensive in NJ.
