The new store looks good, but the service has really expired. I went the other day and ordered a simple roasted turkey sandwich on wheat. When I came home, I opened the sandwich and the only thing that was right was the turkey! They called my number and I checked the slip so I know it was my order. When I called to let them know they apologized and said they would replace it. I thought everything was good, but when I came in, it seemed to be a problem. I went to the cash register as I was told, and she didn't believe me. She said she lets me do this this time, but she didn't write anything about it. I pulled out my phone and told her the exact time I got the call log. She said that was another shift. Dealing with customers is not so difficult. I worked for years of customer service. It is not my fault for the employees mistakes and I should not be questioned if I do it right.
I drive from the bus to WaWa and back to return disgusting food is not an option. Do not waste your time or money with the 1 in Courthouse. Every night there are only 1 0r 2 flavors of coffee actually opened and for the second time I got old, cold, hard frits. Most nights I wait for them to stop talking so I can get service and fed in.
Yes, great subs/hoagies/cheesesteaks/burrito bowls/coffee/frappes/smoothies and more, at good prices! Now, later at night, they may look like they're closed if you don't see any cars. That's because there is not much light in the lot or outside the bldg. So stop and check if you're looking for a late bite or snack!
I've come to this Wawa for over two years almost every night and haven't found a friendly worker until a few weeks, the cashier welcomed me and asked me if I needed something else, smiled and laughed. I hope they keep them
