I was in this location with my children and there was a homeless man sitting in the lobby and kept staring at me and my children. I took my kids to the restroom and he tried following us to the bathroom. His excuse was “he wanted to put the bathroom code in the door for me because he knew it” He made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never come here again and I do not recommend families with young children coming here. I felt unsafe. He looked like he was friends with management because he knew them by name and vise versa so I couldn’t make a complaint to them.
The lady at the register was rude during our transaction. She charged us for the free junior frosty that we had a keytag for which we tried to let go because its jist a dollar.. I ordered the baconator fries and when i got home they had maybe a pinch of bacon on them. The wait was long so i at least expected decent food.. Extremely low quality service and food and I would go to any other Wendy's but this one. I would rate 0/5 if Google would let me.
Summer time they keep the place to cool, my sirloin steak got cold before I could finish. Tired of complaining about. I stop going, other wise will try in winter season.
Run down Wendy’s need lots of attention dirty very dirty really surprised being partnered with flying J but Memphis is in bad shape.
