3 stars because we got there and ordered and then they kicked everyone out and stopped taking orders. They said it was because they couldn’t handle all the people (roughly 6 people in the drive-thru and 15-20 people in the dining room. but I think they kicked everyone out because they knew we were VIP Platinum members of windows and they wanted us to eat in peace. Hence the 5 star atmosphere. The food was about what you’d expect. And the service was decent. For being a platinum member they didn’t treat us as such… They did stop the whole building for us though so I’ll give them 2 stars on service. Overall it’s about what you’d expect from windows.
This was a great place and the staff was really friendly. The only thing I didn't like is that they made you do your order at a kiosk. For those of us who haven't used their kiosks very much, there are weirdities like that you can only order a chocolate frosty, but then you tell them what you really wanted before they make it. And you have to say what drink you want, but then they just give you a cup and you can pick what you want. I wasted time at the kiosk trying to figure out how to order what I wanted when I couldn't see it on the menu.
We went through the drive through. Food was fast and warm except the fries were not hot. Seemed a little old. The Frosty’s were good. Need garbage can for the outdoor area.Parking: Plenty of parking. Parking for large vehicles and trailers. Also Semi truck parking.
Honestly, their salads are delicious. They are a great to have when on a road trip and you are looking for vegetables! I didn't like the fact that you HAD to order from a screen it took way longer. But...my salad was delicious.Kid friendliness: Kids love it here!
