ordering within is always an unnecessarily long waiting time. I waited several times and it took 10 minutes until someone finally catches my order. with 10 minutes I mean that I wait before the limit and the cash 50 others dinge does and ignores me. it was very frustrating when another customer randomly went up and looked up his employee and immediately took his order. very frustrating and I gave up on wendys. the waiting times are not worth.

the personal problems must be eliminated. inside is closed although the app says it is open. mobile application points are taken over by construction vehicles. So if they enter an online order, they don't know until they're here that they're stuck in a longer than ordinary running gear through the line.

employees were not properly trained and I can see why after the transition with the manager. had absolutely no idea of customer service.

long wait for eat, but it was fresh. friendly service. I like the ugly daves three times.

Great taste slow on drive thru. Around 10 minutes. Worth the wait.
