Ok WEC you've definitely redeemed yourself after today's visit. Long story short a family member passed and her memorial lunch with the family was here.
I went to WEC with my neighbor who frequents this placeI was planning a small get together and thought it would be perfect to try out the food.
It was a few years since I was in the West End Cafe, and now I remember why we used to be there. Service and food were both wonderful.
