Since changing from sonnys the bbq has gone down hill. Prices are expensive. Paid over 10 bucks for bbq sandwich and fries. Servings are small. Took too long to bring out simple dishes. Will be my last visit.
RIP Sonny's BBQ, West End Grill will not last in Rome, Ga if last Sunday's food service attitudes prevail. Diners beware! And, no, we will not return...or reply to call requests. Enough said, bye bye!
Same type food as the previous franchise. Friendly waitresses. All that really changed were the pictures on the walls and pictures on the menu. Go back if you liked Sonny’s.
The menu is nothing like it says on the reviews, no ribs , big deals.. it sucks
