Western Bagel - Tisch reservieren

I shop at Western Bagel quite often at different locations for my job and meeting.....I called this location to place an order for pickup in the early morning to make is easy so things can be ready...I confirmed the price and asked about the amount of cream cheese for my order....I was told that it comes with two (2) big tubs and I asked if I can take two (2) small ones with different flavors and I was told yes. I arrived in the morning to pick up my order and I asked for the cream cheese and I was surprised to hear that there is additional charge for that furthermore the price I was given over the phone is a week day price and the girl that took my order made a mistake....after a few minutes of going back and forth with the guy at the counter the girl that took my call and placed the order came out and said I took your order I made a mistake and there is nothing I can do about it and she processed out of the store and walked in to the Starbucks next door as if I don't care what happens.....I ended up paying a lot more than I was told and I had to pay additional for the cream cheese....the staff did not care at all about customer service.....never again will I go in to that store!

really challenging to get a bagel. the command was wrong. the door is gone. unfortunate atmosphere. not sure why it was so hard in the morning. I'm coming from ny, it should be fast and correct in the morning. also do not work there when stress is a problem for them. people are stressful. they want to run bagels and work. in the end they need an expensive wrong order

for a bagel factory at the same place for 70 years are their prices sky high! comparable bagels much less elsewhere.

When is the best time to get the roasted truthahn. every time I go, they seem to be out

only companies offer fresh bagels in the valley. I am pretty sure.
