The accommodation is quite nice and the rooms are well presented and the house keeping is brilliant.Unfortunately the bistro is an absolute disgrace. Eating here for 17 nights it only got worse not better.Orders were constantly sent out wrong over a number of occasions,The middle aged girl with glasses running the show was rude and the food quality was not up to scratch.It's such a shame as the accommodation is quite good but the bistro is an absolute joke.

I was eating in the smoking area, and the venue manager told me I could be fined. This is entirely incorrect, there is nothing in the Act that can fine a non-smoker for eating in a smoking area. 'Your venue managers shouldn 't talk about law when they are clearly wrong. Look the Act up yourself.
