we landed in brenham because of the heavy flooding in houston. we visited whataburger on 8/28/2017. used the drive-thru and the young girl who took our order went beyond and beyond with her service. she even gave our baby (dog) strip of speck! now she is a 5-star! yay for whataburger!
Drive thru was packed so went in to order our food to go, 25 minutes later we finally got our food. Fries were cold, chicken was warm. There were multiple employees just standing around doing nothing. One of the worst whataburgers i have ever been to.
The food was excellent once I received it. 20 mins in drive-thru and then wait. A fantastic Whataburger, just make sure you have time to wait. But, hey isn't good food worth a small wait.
my man has the best burger there. they loaded it with veggies, just to his lust. we had to wait a little while to give him a free drink. very nice and friendly staff.
