Whataburger - Tisch reservieren

My boyfriend bought some food from here yesterday evening and I found a black long hair in my hamburger meat and when I pulled it out some of the meat came with it. I called and told them about it and then came to the place here in Nederland. Asked for the manager and I gave her the receipt and showed her the hair and the food. I kept it to show them and she made me another one. Which I didn't want another one. Who's to say there isn't any hair in it. I made the comment I hope no one else gets one and she was mumbling under her breath as she walked away and I asked the cashier what did she say and she just looked at me. What horrible business that they are running here. I will not and mean not coming back!!!

My burger tastes like rubber, dried out and burnt. Can?t even eat it. And my husbands burger had plastic with his lettuce like someone cut the corner off a bag and put it on his burger with the lettuce. Definitely won?t be going back. Every time we get food from here it?s NEVER right and we are a family of 5 so we spend a lot of money but not no more. Ridiculous

Friendly service but I had to leave after waiting 20 minutes for someone to take my order. No experience with the quality of food because I never got that far.

Great biscuits and gravy!! Employees sometimes need a smile and better customer service but food and drink were great

What a classic! Still the best fast food burger in town. I would highly recommend this place.
