We celebrate Valentine's Day at a White Castle location. This year's experience was a little different. While the store was so beautifully decorated for the holiday, the waiters were friendly, unfortunately we waited 1 hour for our food. With a hungry 2 years old it leads to an unpleasant experience. After we were waiting for 50 minutes, we were informed that our food would be out soon. Once the food came, it was cold and the order was slightly wrong - no frits with the 2 meals we ordered. Not sure that this location was prepared or had the kitchen staff to carry a trip thru and tables in the dining room. Hopefully they can find out for next year!
Wanted to do something cute and fun on Valentine's Day. So I had heard about their lovers slider day. With the virus I get not going inside for the real ambiance. That was bummer, but we made do and went out in the snow to to the car shop. Thanks White Castle.
It’ was cute but not the the pictures they post. So that was disappointing. The staff was sweet and patient And they did the best the could.
Hold the Valentine's Day dinner! It's our first time and not our last! Great value, good service and a memory we will appreciate!
