Not a pie fan so I was reluctant to stop by although I live close by. I judge all places by their coffee and the coffee here is spot on! They serve the Reunion Island coffee and they make it well. I had the Americano Decaf and you would have sworn it was caffeinated it was so good! The variety of sweets was extensive (as was the selection of savories) I have tried several sweets now and my daughter has tried the sausage rolls and she has raved about them. I do recommend the blondies!
Wanting to try this place for several years now and it did not disappoint.....exceptionally friendly staff...happy to offer us some samples....cinnamon buns are delicious and a huge variety of fruit pies available...we loved their lemon buttermilk raspberry pie.We had a sandwich and soup...both were yummy!!This is an old historic building so expect a rustic ambiance within a small and intimate space, baking ovens within view.
I stopped in for coffee and a pie to go just before close on a Saturday night.The coffee was great but what really stood out was the customer service - both of the people who served me were friendly, efficient, and exceedingly accommodating. They even offered me a sample of their garlic loaf, which I highly recommend.I can't wait to go back!
Friends said 'you must go' to Williamsford Pie Company when we were visiting Bruce Peninsula - we found the coffee was good, fruit pies were excellent and staff were welcoming. It's much more than pie shop: it's a nice cafe, with a wide range of pastries, and the local post office, too. Well worth visiting.
